Speculative design for a speculative future
Speculative design for a speculative future.
Speculative design for a speculative future.
We created a series of interactive installations imagining a future where humans can only admire plants from a distance — no longer touch, grow, or breathe with them.

Worship. Distance. Longing.
Worship. Distance. Longing.
From the “Last Flower Altar” to “Untouchable Gardens” and “Breathing Garments,” each prototype tells a different part of the story — one where nature has become sacred, remote, and unreachable.

INSTALLATION 01
THE LAST FLOWER ALTAR
If plants vanish from our cities, will we finally begin to worship them?
This installation simulates a ritual space where one final flower stands under a spotlight. People cannot approach it — only admire from afar.

Plants become relics when it’s too late to protect them.

Do we put plants in our homes for beauty?
INSTALLATION 02
UNTOUCHABLE GARDENS
Greenery behind glass. But we can't close to appreciate it anymore
An enclosed window displays lush greenery, but physical interaction is impossible. This installation critiques urban nature as a passive, untouchable landscape.

INSTALLATION 03
BREATHING GARMENTS
A wearable system where plants and tubes are integrated into daily clothing. It filters air while symbolizing a forced symbiosis between humans and nature.
Technology becomes our proxy for ecology.

When nature can’t heal us, we wear it like a machine.

We don’t just design for plants — we reflect on how we live with them.

This project invites viewers to reimagine urban ecology, and rethink whether technological progress brings us closer to — or further away from — the natural world.
