在中国,每年有超过1000万名学生走进大学校园,迎来人生中一个重要的转折点。然而,这一天往往既紧张又混乱。从办理报到手续、搬运行李、寻找宿舍,到适应全新的社交和生活环境,新生在这短短的一天里经历了剧烈的情绪波动和信息过载。

我的想法是开发一种产品,可以协助大学新生从选择目的地到抵达它大学宿舍的过程,并汇编所需的所有信息。我采访 3 组人:

在新生入学日,无论是学生、家长还是学长学姐,都面临对流程不清、空间不熟悉情绪支持缺失的共同焦虑。新生害怕迷路或错过重要步骤,家长担心无法有效协助却又不想过度介入,而高年级学生回忆起当时的混乱也常感无助。所有人都在进入一个全新的环境,却缺乏清晰的引导与信息整合,导致这一重要时刻常常成为一场仓促而迷茫的体验。
